I missed your post earlier this week, and have been praying for you. My own heart has been so overcome with compassion for those walking these paths of chronic illness who have no support or foundation in God. How would we manage without Him to carry us through these hard days? I have come to appreciate your support also, and your encouraging heart! May Jesus give you everything you need today, my friend! --Blessings and Hugs to you!BettieGhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01184677704960428160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4123043706114460279.post-22524707599055276282016-06-16T09:23:58.365-07:002016-06-16T09:23:58.365-07:00I have to cry when I read this, Bettie. I am sometimes discouraged because of chronic illness and fatigue. Like you, every extra activity or outing depletes me. These lines especially encourage me - "Yes, my daughter. I am your portion. And I have given you a double portion of MY PRESENCE as you have climbed into the soul-deep-places of your heart where I dwell with you, IN THE MIDST OF YOUR PAIN." And "Never a step is taken with Him, unless His Heart has a reason." May we trust His Heart always! Blessings and hugs to you!Trudyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05179372917600231306noreply@blogger.com
